Звуковуха очень плохо себя ведет, саппорт дал бета дрова, пока еще не пробовал. С DAW всё норм

UPD: У кого линейка Focusrite Scarlett и проблемы на Windows 10. Пробуйте бета драйвер 3.2.1 http://beta.focusrite.com/releases/focusrite_usb2_drivers/ . Саппорт посоветовал именно 3.2.1, а не 3.2.2.

100% disk usage but not tagged to any process.

The issue was a scheduled task to defrag.
Open Task Scheduler -> Microsoft -> Windows -> Defrag
Disable or delete the task.
Hope this helps someone else.
I thought it was hard disk issue as the computer would be unusable without restarting using the power button.

How to edit hosts file
Search for CMD (Run as Admin)
cd drivers
cd etc
notepad hosts

Should look as:
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc>notepad hosts
